Why you need a Springfree Trampoline ***PLUS a Springfree Trampoline Giveaway!

If you’ve been following my blog or social media for a while, you know that we own and LOVE our Springfree Trampoline. Whether it’s Winter, Spring, Fall or Summer, we’re always using it. This is one of the reasons why we love it so much, it encourages our kids to get outside, which is slightly harder to do in the cold winter months. We hosted Kyle’s hockey team during the winter break and half of the kids ended up going outside to jump on the trampoline, despite the frigid temperatures. Besides easily getting the kids outdoors and being able to use it year round, the Springfree is loved by our family for so many reasons. Read on to find out some of our other favourite things about our Springfree trampoline.

Basketball

We have the FlexrHoop accessory and it’s one of our favourite features of the trampoline. I highly recommend that you purchase it with your trampoline. It’s challenging, fun and the kids will come up with 100 different games to play. And when I say kids – I also mean the adults. For some reason the FlexrHoop seams to be a favourite for grownups. Many times I’ve found my husband in the back “shooting hoops” on the trampoline after the kids are in bed.

It’s a great way for the kids to exercise

Did you know that 10 minutes of jumping on a trampoline is the equivalent of 30 minutes of running? The best part is that the kids don’t even realize that they are getting in their exercise time on the trampoline. For them, it’s all just fun (which is how exercise should feel, right?). Read THIS post to find out more about some of the exercise benefits associated with a Springfree Trampoline.

It’s safe!

When following the ‘1 person on at a time’ rule this trampoline is the safest one to use. There are no springs or hard edges. The flexible enclosure cushions jumpers and prevents falls to the ground and the flexible net rods remove the need for hard metal poles that can cause injury.

Sprinkler fun

On hot summer days, we pull out the hose, attach it to a sprinkler and place it under the trampoline. The kids put on their bathing suits and jump around the trampoline getting nice and wet. It’s so much fun and a great way to cool down.

Chalk – yup, you can use chalk on your trampoline. The kids will feel like rebels drawing on something that isn’t paper, and you will be the hero for letting them do it. It’s tons of fun, a relaxing activity, and it’s great for their creativity. What’s not to like about it?!?!

Our generic trampoline didn’t stand a chance against our 4 kids & numerous friends. Sadly it lasted a season before the net & foam pads had to be replaced. I wish we invested differently.

My favourite feature is of course no springs! Metal on metal sure makes a loud squeaky noise. And I it’s safe to say no little feet are going to fall through.
