Sometimes New Years Resolutions can be overwhelming. Sometimes we have really good intentions, or really bad ideas and before we know it,\u00a0we’ve given up on our resolutions all together. You might have started out the gate strong but lost sight along the way or just took a temporary “break.” Whatever it is, February 1st can offer a new start. Truly, any day can be a new day, but there’s something about the beginning of the month that mentally helps us prepare. While I set my healthy-living goal in January last year, it wasn’t until September (also happened to be the Jewish New Year) that I actually took control and achieved what I wanted.<\/p>\n
