Kids… who knew they required so much stuff. I feel like baby gear is never ending, yet unavoidable. \u00a0As parents, we need it. In fact, we rely on gear to help us through the day and in some cases, keep us sane. \u00a0While some items are nice-to-have, others are necessities, like car seats.<\/p>\n
I don’t want to date myself, but I was one of those kids that grew up driving around in her parent’s car without a car seat. I should state that I didn’t grow up in Canada, but nonetheless, there are a few generations even in Canada that could relate to that experience. \u00a0While I don’t really remember it, I sometimes imagine that I would just sit in the back seat as a baby and slide back and forth on the ground. \u00a0Of course, I was being held by an adult, but the thought of it makes me cringe. Luckily, I survived the 80’s in a foreign country!<\/p>\n
