Wooo hoo! Excuse me while I do a little happy dance. I’m jumping for joy as it’s almost back to school. It’s been a crazy, busy, and exhausting summer with all three boys at home and not much help. So I’m a little VERY excited about school starting again. Kyle will be entering Senior Kindergarten and Ryan will be going to nursery school three days a week. For both of these “grades”, I don’t need much in terms of school supplies other than a backpack and lunch bag. However, I know that my older nieces and nephews have a long list of school supplies they will need. Most of those items include pencils, readers, markers, glue, scissors and so forth. My sons may not need those items for school but they sure do use them year round. After hockey, Kyle favourite thing to do is arts and crafts. We create something almost daily. Being outdoors this summer, we used nature for our a lot of projects. We gathered pine cones and rocks and painted them. We sat outside on our dock and drew in our colouring books and we spent time drawing up our next big adventures…space travel anyone? You wanted to ensure that when you’re sitting on your dock, it’s in excellent condition, offering a beautiful view. Alternatively, if you decide to renovate, you can conveniently start the project right here. With Crayola, the possibilities are endless. I even have my own personal stash of pencil crayons and thin markers that I won’t share with the boys. I was going to keep the scented markers to myself, but then I would have missed out on seeing this ——–> Crayola had put together two shopping lists (based on grades) to help you out with your to school shopping. Checklist for grade 1 – 3 Checklist for grade 4 – 8 If you are doing back-to-school shopping this month, make sure you stock up on Crayola products for school, home and grab a few things for yourself; you’ve earned it!
