We didn&#8217;t have a lot of money, but\u00a0my mom still managed to get me a few items each year. \u00a0From a young age I loved fashion and clothes, even though my childhood pictures may tell you a different story.<\/p>\n<p>This year, my son is going to school for the FIRST TIME entering junior Kindergarten. \u00a0It&#8217;s a little nerve racking (for both of us) and a little exciting (for both of us). \u00a0To help ease the transition, I&#8217;m making getting ready for school a fun event, as it should be. \u00a0Part of that includes buying some new clothes. Not only because he needs to be &#8220;in style&#8221; but rather, he&#8217;s growing out of all of his current clothes. \u00a0I&#8217;m having a hard time finding him pajama tops that cover his midriff. Same goes for shoes. \u00a0Not only are his feet growing like a weed, but being so active, he wears out his shoes in a matter of months. \u00a0Since he&#8217;s clearly in a growth spurt, it&#8217;s time to upgrade his entire wardrobe, shoes and all.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-tiny-size.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5012\" src=\"https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-tiny-size-684x1024.jpg\" alt=\"TOMS tiny size\" width=\"684\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-tiny-size-684x1024.jpg 684w, https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-tiny-size-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-tiny-size.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One of his new pair of shoes include the fashionable and comfortable canvas TOM shoes. \u00a0Not only are they stylish, they&#8217;re also really easy to put on and off, which is perfect to help him feel like a &#8220;Big Boy!&#8221; \u00a0In fact, my husband, 18 month old son and I all got pairs as well. \u00a0TOMS one for one policy, it&#8217;s basic math that even a kindergarten student can understand. \u00a0<em>F<\/em><i id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1408386666750_309953\" style=\"color: #000000;\">or every pair of TOMS shoes purchased, TOMS provides a new pair of shoes to children in need<\/i>\u00a0. \u00a0Kyle thought that was pretty neat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-family-shoes.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5011\" src=\"https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-family-shoes-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"TOMS family shoes\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-family-shoes-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mayahoodblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/TOMS-family-shoes-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While TOMS canvas shoes are the most common, there are some other great styles out just in time for the Fall.
