I have a confession to make!\u00a0 While I love to shop, I probably haven’t stepped foot in a mall in a very\u00a0long time, likely since before my 8 month old was born.\u00a0 Okay… that’s not entirely true.\u00a0 I have been to a mall, but what I haven’t done is gone shopping for MYSELF.\u00a0 So when I received\u00a0the opportunity to go to a Jean Machine store to try out the 1 on 1 personal fitting experience, I couldn’t hide my excitement. \"jean<\/a><\/p>\n

For one, I am 8 months post partum\u00a0and my body is ALMOST (really, really close) to my pre-baby weight.\u00a0 My wardrobe is ready for an update.\u00a0\u00a0Not only because I like to keep up with\u00a0fashion trends or because it’s a new\u00a0season but rather, my current clothes are not fitting as well.\u00a0 They’re either too baggy, frumpy or too casual.\u00a0 Sure, I’m a SAHM, but I still like to feel good about myself and look my best.\u00a0 I’m not a hermit and I have a husband.\u00a0 Enough said!<\/p>\n

The other\u00a0thing that excited me about going to Jean Machine\u00a0was the fond memories I have from shopping there in the past.\u00a0 Jean Machine was the store of choice for me and my friends.\u00a0 I remember when I\u00a0was in University spending hours on end in the store with my girlfriends trying on different outfits.\u00a0 We literarily shopped till we dropped. \"jean<\/a><\/p>\n

On Monday, I went to Jean Machine at Yorkdale.\u00a0 I met with my 1 on 1 Master of Denim, Vito, and we immediately hit it off.\u00a0\u00a0He just looked at my current outfit and guessed my size and style immediately.\u00a0 Off he went to grab a few pants and tops.\u00a0 Vito is a bit of a mind reader because the next thing I know, I’m trying on a pair of Second Denim Yoga jeans and Silver’s, the two brands that I was keen on trying during my visit.\u00a0 I also loved the fact that he brought a few top options for me to try.\u00a0 One was casual and the other was\u00a0dressier but could still be worn daily.\u00a0 While I do always like looking my best,\u00a0I don’t really have anywhere fancy to go these days, that’s why I loved both of the\u00a0choices\u00a0Vito presented me with. \"Jean<\/a><\/p>\n

After trying on four different styles of jeans I settled on the\u00a0skinny mid-rise jeans from Silver and Second Yoga.\u00a0Both pairs that I tried on were comfortable and flexible which is ideal because I spend my days chasing after my two active boys.\u00a0 They were each in essence, the perfect pair!\u00a0 Since I couldn’t decide which one to get, I got them both.\u00a0 \"jean<\/a><\/p>\n

Having a personal stylist like Vito took the guessing work out of my shopping experience and I just got to relax and enjoy my time at the store.\u00a0 I knew I was in good hands and that no matter what, I would walk out with an updated fashionable outfit that is just right for me and my lifestyle. \"jean<\/a><\/p>\n
