For those of you who have been following\u00a0my posts\u00a0(thank-you), you know that I participated in the Warrior-Dash<\/a> recently.\u00a0 Before embarking on this crazy obstacle race, I\u00a0trained.\u00a0 My training included a cardio workout of running two or three times a week and also hitting Fitwall for some strength training<\/a>.\"fitwall<\/a><\/p>\n

Fitwall is a great full-body exercise that truly targets all of the areas in your body.\u00a0 You’ll be working out parts that you never even knew existed before or at least didn’t know that you needed to work-out.\"fitwall<\/a><\/p>\n

For my last Fitwall class before the Warrior-Dash, I was sent of with a big hurrah.\u00a0Fitwall invited my family, friends and blog readers to a free session.\u00a0 While most people didn’t think the wall looked intimidating, everyone quickly learned that looks can be deceiving.\u00a0 We got worked HARD and everyone was\u00a0“nice” and sweaty after our 20 minute, full-body, vertical\u00a0workout.<\/p>\n
