Ryan and Nathan, my youngest two boys, are in Senior and Junior kindergarten respectively. While some of the parents of their peers worry about what they’re learning (reading \/ writing), I mostly want them to gain social skills and learn through play. However, I’ve noticed a big discrepancy between what Ryan and Nathan are learning and how far ahead Ryan is with his reading and writing. I guess that’s what happens when you have two teachers teach the curriculum in two VERY different ways. For a while, I didn’t really think about this too much.<\/p>\n
