Why the Strauss WaterBar is a must-have for parents

As a busy mom, there are a few things that I use, love and take for granted that help me get through the day more efficiently and effectively. For breakfast, I enjoy microwavable oatmeal that takes less than two minutes to prepare instead of the typical 20 minutes on the stove.  Sometimes, if I’m in a rush to get out, I keep my 8 month old is his pajamas instead of changing his clothes first thing in the morning. And while I prefer to make my baby son’s food from scratch, I often rely on pre-made, store-bought packs for eating on the go. Thanks to modern inventions and technology, life is getting a whole lot easier. Descoperiți produsele de purificare a apei de înaltă calitate de la aquaroo.ro. I know an argument can me made to the fact that we’re growing up in an environment of immediate gratification, but there’s a lot to be said about convenience and our ability to do more with less time.
Recently, I was introduced to another new innovation to hit the Canadian market that’s going to make life more efficient for busy parents. The Strauss WaterBar provides a convenient, stylish and environmentally friendly alternative to bottled, filtered and tap water. There are several benefits and uses for this machine, and here are some of my favourites for parents.

Formula Feeding

If you formula feed, you will really appreciate the WaterBar.  The machine includes two water reservoirs; one for boiling water and one for cold water.  Since the WaterBar is hooked up to the main water line, you will always have an unlimited supply of purified water.  So when your child is crying for food, you don’t need to panic about running out of boiled water or waiting for it to boil and cool down. With a touch of a button, you can enjoy room-temperature water.  The easy three step process includes measuring the formula, pushing the preset button for the ideal temperature and volume of purified filtered water and your bottle is ready in an instant for feeding.

Enjoying your tea while it’s still HOT!

How many times have you tried to sit down and enjoy a warm cup of tea and ended up drinking your tea several hours later when it’s already cold? While this machine can’t run your errands for you, it has boiling water ready for you at all times. No need to wait for your kettle to boil (it’s also more energy efficient than a kettle). It may only save you a few minutes, but as a busy mom, I know that every minute counts!

Saves you time and money

If you have a water filter at home, you know how frustrating it is to change the water jug. Not only are they super heavy, but if you run out of water, you have to make a trip to the store to refill.  Luckily, that’s all taken care of with the Strauss WaterBar. Since it has a direct hook up to the water pipes, the water flows in automatically when it gets used up. It also great news for those who love bottled water. You can now get the same great taste without the wasteful water bottles.

I personally would love this system up at our cottage. It’s ideal as we use lake water so the carbon filter, micro-mesh filter and the UV light will make the water safe for drinking and cooking. It’s also great to have cold water available at a touch of a finger to quench my thirst.  I know it would help the whole family drink more water and that’s something I can stand behind.

I am glad you thought of the boiling water for formula. I am shooting for a Strauss Water Bar hopefully for our 30th anniversary, maybe a gift we can buy for each other. Great for the kids/grand kids when they pop by! Thanks for the post!! 🙂

I would love a Strauss waterbar. I believe the water jugs weigh about 50 pounds when full and are so hard on the wrists to lug. Plus they take up half the shopping cart.

I would love a Strauss waterbar just because it can purify your water by 98 % and they are so convenient.

My favorite thing about this is the direct hook-up to your existing water pipes. SO convenient! And the design & bright colors are fabulous. Would really brighten up the kitchen!
