I haven’t been able to exercise the way I’d like to, and the weight has been creeping up. I started practicing hot yoga and it’s helped with my pain tremendously. Big lesson learned – appreciate your healthy body when you have it!

I am proud of you, and inspired by you every day. I wish I had done what you are doing when I was your age. So here I am at 53 & trying to get into shape again I changed my eating and started working out. I am motivated to learn running. I have never exercised much so this was a huge change for me. But like you & @bluebirdkisses, enough was enough. I needed energy. I felt depressed & sluggish. The change is incredible. The days I workout I have 10x more energy for the rest of my day! Thank you so much! You are beautiful, a great mom & I feel so privileged to be a small part of your journey❤️
