March break was fun, but I’m not going to lie when I say that I’m glad it’s over. Over the break we spent a few days at home enjoying local activities like tobogganing and skating at our outdoor rink. We also went away to a winter resort for a few days. We got to see friends, family and really re-connect. But by the end, both the kids and I were itching to get back to routine. While my oldest son Kyle went back to school yesterday, it won’t be until today when I’ll have all three boys at school and I can finally enjoy some ALONE time recovering from our busy March Break.
If you’re looking for a speedy way for your family and yourself to recover and gain energy, like I hope to do starting today, follow these tips from our friends at Church & Dwight.
Other than helping your kids get as much rest as possible, GRAVOL Kids Dye Free Quick Dissolve Chewables can come in very handy when one of your little ones is feeling woozy during or after an active week. They help prevent and treat nausea, vomiting and dizziness from motion sickness. Keep a pack in your purse in case one of the kids gets car sick, feels nauseous on plane rides or eats too much when out for dinner. Sometimes half a chewable is all they need to get back to enjoying the day, but if they’re really not feeling well, you can give them one tablet every six to eight hours as needed. Dosing amounts can vary by age group, so read the dosage instructions carefully to figure out what’s best your child. These chewables have a yummy orange flavour and dissolve quickly too. Gravol is essential when we’re on the go and when we’re on the mend!
For those achy muscles, I like to use RUB A535 Anti-Inflammatory Cream with Arnica for quick relief. Rub it right on the spot where your muscle is sore and feel it work its magic immediately. It’s not greasy and you don’t have to worry about it staining clothes.
What do you use for fast recovery after a busy week of fun?

I sleep for fast recovery! LOL! March Break was rough for me. Having two little boys home to manage by myself for the entire week without help was crazy. I’m scared for summer break.
