January was the month to cut back on coffee and start drinking more water, and I am happy to say that we have done that. I am down to one cup of coffee a day and I am drinking a lot more water. The plan is to carry on with this change and add another one. For February I am going to try and eliminate snacks like potato chips from our diet. I am hoping by taking the slow approach we might be able to stick with some of these changes.
