It’s amazing to think about all of the things that new moms give-up (albeit temporarily) during the first few weeks and/or month’s after their child’s birth. These things include, but are not limited to, hours of sleep, drinking coffee while its still hot (if at all), proper meals and in some cases, showering regularly. Luckily, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and often once a routine is established, a new mom can get back to taking care of herself too.
