I would love to try these foods for my boys. I really need a break lately. I’ve been training for a marathon (happening in less than a week) and I really need to take a break. These dishes sound right up my alley. 🙂

Especially for the Scalloped Potatoes in a Creamy Cheese Sauce with Ham, yum! We’re trying to cut back on frozen foods for their unreadable ingredients, but if these are made with quality ingredients, then I just might become a new fan, lol.

With three little boys running around the house there was no time for making organic food! lol

Some nights I am just too tired or have been too busy to cook a meal from scratch and they are not only delicious but kid approved!

It’s one of those continuing processes of trying to remind yourself that yourre doing ok even though you feel like you’re failing.
