I was a stay at mom too and I change lots during the day! I love my yoga pants and tshirt but for the house only, I would always change to go to the park, the store ect..

I’ve been a SAHM for almost 8 years now. I still put on make up every day before I start my day. I do it because it makes me feel good and makes me feel pretty. How do I stay energized during the week? I never stop moving! My boys keep me really busy. I also love to run! I have to wait until my hubby gets home to run so it isn’t easy sometimes to find the time. It’s easier in the summer when the days are longer and I live for the weekends.

Nice! I stay energized by staying hydrated, eating well, and making sure I get some sunlight in my eyes every day (unless it’s raining, lol).

Ok, now the guilt sets in :). I work out of the home so I need comfy and cozy when I am home, even if I have brought home work to do.

I am at home all the time and don’t normally get all dressed up, but when I do I can feel the difference, I’m more awake and want to tackle the day!!
