oh wow. That’s amazing. I’ve always heard that collagen is good for the joints. I tried powder and it upset my stomach too much so I had to stop. I will have to try liquid though – I’m intrigued. My knees tend to hurt around the 15km mark!! Good for you for doing it despite it all. xoxo

You appeared in my feed today and funny enough I have struggled with running after 3 c-sections and injuries and joint pain. But I love running especially for my mental health. I have over the last few months that tried liquid collagen and I have not only been able to run but run with peace and joy-father than any of my bests and farther without injury. This with barbell training has helped my mommy running exponentially.
