I know Halloween JUST ended, but everywhere you look, signs of the holidays are already popping up. For some, it’s a great way to start planning and getting ready for what ultimately ends up being a “busy” time of the year. For others, it’s just another reminder that the holidays are quickly approaching. No matter which side you fall on, I hope that you are excited for some down-time and quality time with your family this holiday season… I know I am!

When you’re thinking about holiday shopping, do you spend as much time thinking about the stocking stuffers as you do about the big gifts? My husband always jokes with his mom that he can’t wait to see all of the stocking stuffers that she got him. She obviously stopped buying those for a few years now, but he always remembers this part of the holidays fondly, definitely one of his favourite traditions.     Since I’m Jewish we celebrate Hannukah – and growing up got a small present each of the 8 nights… so I think stocking stuffers would be so much fun as you would get a bunch of small fun items instead of just one or two big gifts 🙂
